After watching and listening to this video I feel full of a kind of grace that cannot be measured. The spirit imbued through your gifts is truly inspirational. I love rug hooking, and knew just from holding a piece that I was starting on an endless path of challenges and rewards. Watching your hook dance across the frame I feel fortunate that you chose to make this video and share deeply your experiences. Thank you.

Love this! You are so inspirational. I love your spirit and how you share it all with us. You help me look at life in such a simple way. It helps me learn to slow down and stay focused on what is really important in life. I like that you remind us to be proud of our own art and do not form us into a mold. Dear Deanne,
This new year, I asked spirit to direct me in my search for artistic fulfilment. I have beaded, and photographed and told stories using various mediums. I grew up with fibers, my grandmother was a seamstress and a knitter…and so I have a love for all fibers, your video expressed it so well, sometimes I just “hold them next to my face…and inhale”.
Spirit lead me to rug hooking…and I quickly began looking for classes in my community and the internet. I found you…and this beautiful video…your words…images and mats spoke to my heart. I will soon begin my journey…thank you for reminding me to use the materials that speak to me…and the images that spring from my heart. Thank you for being my January muse. Blessings.

I was going through my postcards & found yours from my visit to your home several years ago. I did a quick google & found you on the internet. What a wonderful video you’ve created.
